Established in 1999 and incorporated in 2003, Cassian Consultancy
Services provides Project Management, Property Development & Construction Advice
to a wide range of companies. The prime purpose of the company is to provide project
management services for new build and refurbishment projects, from inception through
to completion, mostly working in the private sector. Secondly, Cassian provides
the whole range of planning, programming and scheduling services, from tender
stage, to active participation throughout the construction process, and if necessary,
concluding in delay analysis and forensic planning.

Brief
Description
Cassian
were employed on Broom Hall to prepare a schedule of essential works, a contractor
was procured and the works were undertaken in between tenancies, Cassian monitoring
these works through to completion in September 2014. On Station Parade, Cassian
had prior involvement representing the landlord in a number dilapidations claims
with various tenancies. Concerns over the state of the roof led to a client request
to prepare a schedule of essential repairs to the fabric of the building envelope.
These works were procured and monitored through to completion in February 2015
