Established in 1999 and incorporated in 2003, Cassian Consultancy
Services provides Project Management, Property Development & Construction Advice
to a wide range of companies. The prime purpose of the company is to provide project
management services for new build and refurbishment projects, from inception through
to completion, mostly working in the private sector. Secondly, Cassian provides
the whole range of planning, programming and scheduling services, from tender
stage, to active participation throughout the construction process, and if necessary,
concluding in delay analysis and forensic planning.

Background
Keith has had
more than twenty years of experience in the construction industry and has excellent
presentation and interpersonal skills, he is able to build and work within a team
to achieve quality results within a pressurised environment.
Previously
working for a multi-national contractor Keith was responsible for programming,
planning and design build co-ordination for a wide range of building and civil
engineering projects. These projects were generally up to £10 million in value,
and were normally dealt with on a negotiated basis.
Keith set up Cassian
Consultancy Services in 1999 primarily to provide Project Management Services.
The range of services provided however now extends to condition surveys, dilapidations
surveys and negotiations for landlords and tenants; and design management, programming,
planning and construction advice for developers and contractors.
