Established in 1999 and incorporated in 2003, Cassian Consultancy
Services provides Project Management, Property Development & Construction Advice
to a wide range of companies. The prime purpose of the company is to provide project
management services for new build and refurbishment projects, from inception through
to completion, mostly working in the private sector. Secondly, Cassian provides
the whole range of planning, programming and scheduling services, from tender
stage, to active participation throughout the construction process, and if necessary,
concluding in delay analysis and forensic planning.

Brief
Description
Comprising
a 60 unit extra care centre arranged over three storeys and a two storey primary
care centre, Mill Rise was constructed by Mansell Construction in 2008 and 2009.
Cassian were initially employed to undertake a project programme health check.
This developed into providing monthly then weekly reports on programme status,
particularly through the finishing stage of the project.
