Established in 1999 and incorporated in 2003, Cassian Consultancy
Services provides Project Management, Property Development & Construction Advice
to a wide range of companies. The prime purpose of the company is to provide project
management services for new build and refurbishment projects, from inception through
to completion, mostly working in the private sector. Secondly, Cassian provides
the whole range of planning, programming and scheduling services, from tender
stage, to active participation throughout the construction process, and if necessary,
concluding in delay analysis and forensic planning.

Brief
Description
This
project comprised a 6,500 ft2 retail unit shell at Marley Way, Banbury, U.K. for
Trine Developments Ltd. The unit is designed to be sub-divided depending on tenant
requirements and has parking for 24 cars. Cassian involvement commenced with the
preparation of various cost plans resulting in a value engineering exercise in
order to achieve best value for the employer. Subsequent to that, Cassian managed
the design, prepared the Employer's Requirements, sourced additional surveys,
procured the project on a Design and Build basis, prepared contract documentation
and administered the contract through to completion.
