Established in 1999 and incorporated in 2003, Cassian Consultancy
Services provides Project Management, Property Development & Construction Advice
to a wide range of companies. The prime purpose of the company is to provide project
management services for new build and refurbishment projects, from inception through
to completion, mostly working in the private sector. Secondly, Cassian provides
the whole range of planning, programming and scheduling services, from tender
stage, to active participation throughout the construction process, and if necessary,
concluding in delay analysis and forensic planning.

Brief
Description
Design
and Construction of the developer' shell of a model 260 KFC Drive Thru restaurant
on Thomsen Retail Park, Wessington Way, Sunderland. The existing retail park,
already providing a McDonalds restaurant and Wickes Retail store, was enhanced
by the addition of this project which was built on land previously used for car
parking.
The store opened in November 2012 as planned, and the project
was completed on budget.
