Established in 1999 and incorporated in 2003, Cassian Consultancy
Services provides Project Management, Property Development & Construction Advice
to a wide range of companies. The prime purpose of the company is to provide project
management services for new build and refurbishment projects, from inception through
to completion, mostly working in the private sector. Secondly, Cassian provides
the whole range of planning, programming and scheduling services, from tender
stage, to active participation throughout the construction process, and if necessary,
concluding in delay analysis and forensic planning.

Brief
Description
Cassian
were originally employed to prepare a planned maintenance schedule in 2011. The
first year's work was organised into a contract to undertake essential repairs
to the roof and façade, replacement of windows, internal refurbishment of one
vacant flat and electrical testing. The work was undertaken over the summer of
2012, and the project was completed on budget.
