Established in 1999 and incorporated in 2003, Cassian Consultancy
Services provides Project Management, Property Development & Construction Advice
to a wide range of companies. The prime purpose of the company is to provide project
management services for new build and refurbishment projects, from inception through
to completion, mostly working in the private sector. Secondly, Cassian provides
the whole range of planning, programming and scheduling services, from tender
stage, to active participation throughout the construction process, and if necessary,
concluding in delay analysis and forensic planning.

Brief
Description
Cassian
were initially employed to prepare a schedule of condition in advance of a lease
renewal, this scope was extended to undertake essential repair works to the envelope
of the building in advance of entry into a new lease. The building is a Grade
II listed building and was built in the early seventeenth century. It is first
recorded as a pub in 1792 and remained so until 1956, when it was converted into
offices and occupied by the current tenants.
